Terms of sale and team license
Last updated: 2026-05-17. These terms apply to digital PDFs sold on promptanatomy.space: CMO AI Content System - Starter ($3.99), CMO AI Content System - Pro ($8.99), and CMO AI Content System - Complete Kit ($10.99).
1. Seller and contact
Prompt Anatomy is a trade name of Tomas Staniulis. Mailing address: 1311 Park St, Unit #654, Alameda, CA 94501, USA. Support and license questions: info@promptanatomy.app.
2. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details. Your name, email, and billing country may be shared with Stripe and stored by Stripe according to their privacy policy. We use the email you provide at checkout to deliver your download link.
3. Delivery
After successful payment, you receive an email from info@promptanatomy.app with a signed download link, typically within 5 minutes. The on-screen success page also polls for the link automatically. If the email does not arrive within 30 minutes (check spam first), contact us and we will resend the link.
4. Download link validity
Each download URL is signed and short-lived. Links may be re-issued at any time on request. We do not throttle redownloads for the same buyer; we will, however, suspend a link if we observe abuse (mass scraping, link sharing on social channels, or distribution outside the team license below).
5. Team license (CMO AI Content System Starter and Pro)
What you may do
- Use the PDF inside one in-house marketing team at one company (typically the CMO + 1-4 directs, or one CMO equivalent).
- Print individual pages, prompts, and templates for your own working sessions and internal training.
- Quote short excerpts (up to 50 words) in internal documents with attribution to Prompt Anatomy CMO Kit, promptanatomy.space.
- Receive a fresh signed link any time the kit is updated by emailing us from the address you used to buy.
What you may not do
- Redistribute the PDF as-is - by email, file sharing, intranet, or social channel - inside or outside your company.
- Use the PDF for an agency client (one client per Team license seat is required - contact us for multi-brand or agency terms).
- Resell, sublicense, or include the PDF in a paid course, paid newsletter, training resale, or membership site.
- Strip authorship marks, footers, or licence text from any page or excerpt.

6. 14-day refund
If the kit is not useful in the first 14 days, reply to your Stripe receipt or email info@promptanatomy.app. We approve a no-questions refund through Stripe and revoke the download link. We do not require a reason.
7. Disclaimers
The PDFs are marketing material and operating templates. Outputs from any AI tool may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or out of date. You must verify every output before publishing or pitching. Nothing in the PDFs is legal, tax, or compliance advice. Names of third-party AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected PDF.
8. Data we keep about your purchase
We keep the minimum needed to deliver the product and honor refunds: your email, the Stripe checkout session id, the product purchased, and the timestamp. We do not add you to a marketing list. 9. Changes
We may update these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one in effect at the time of purchase. Material changes are announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
